Direct Debits and Standing Orders

As a user, I would like to be able to setup direct debits and standing orders with suppliers that pull funds via NWC

For example, I want to be able to pay a direct debit for an electricity bill. You service could potentially be even better than banks, as I could set limits on the direct debnits amount per the NWC. I would setup NWC per direct debit / standing order.

This would allow me to live on a Bitcoin standard.
