XPUB Support

At the moment one can whitelist BTC addresses only.

For better privacy a different address should be used for every transaction.

• A quick fix: Allow to delete whitelisted addresses to make space for new ones.

• Better: Connect wallet through extended pub key to assign a new address automatically.

• Option: Allow settings that funds are sent automatically to chosen wallet without the need to connect to the app.
